My name is Bri Kappers and I am so excited to be teaching Language Arts this year at John Adams. I am originally from Roseville, MN, but I have been living in Wisconsin for the past ten years. I'm very happy to be back in Minnesota and closer to my family!
I graduated from Northland College in Ashland, WI in 2007 with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Language Arts. In 2017, I received my Masters Degree in Education from the University or Wisconsin-Green Bay. For the past five years, I taught 7th and 8th grade Language Arts in Plymouth, WI. Prior to that, I worked as a nanny, a camp counselor, an autism behavioral therapist, and a substitute teacher of many grade levels. When I'm not at school, I love to be at home with my husband Jerrod, my daughter Paige, my son William, and my dog, Aussie. In my spare time I love to go swim, camping, and downhill skiing in the winter. My favorite activity, though, is curling up with a great book and a cup of coffee! Thank you for taking the time to look over the website. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please feel free to contact me at any time. |
